Water pump fitting standard size??

Just purchased a Edelbrock water pump and it didn't come with any fittings for the engine. Are the fittings the standard 1/2 NPT on all BBC long water pumps or do they vary per brand/size? Just curious. Thanks!

Re: Water pump fitting standard size??

Just in case anyone searches this and has the same question... They are both 1/2" NPT. The drivers side is 1/2 NPT in the pump and 5/8" hose for the intake. The one on the pass side of the pump is 1/2" NPT in the pump and 3/4" to the heater hose.
