Where are VIN numbers located?

I'm trying to get my truck insured and need to know where all the VIN numbers are located on this thing. I know the glovebox lid, the driver side door jam, and the frame. Any others? And is the frame number suppposed to be the same as the VIN number or is the frame number a different set of numbers? Thanks

i can't think of anywhere else that it should be, maybe on the engine block too? anyhow, the last 7 alphanumeric characters of the vin should be the same on the frame as it is on the cab/truck

On my 75 it's also on the frame rail under the bed. Very hard to see without removing the bed.
