Bedliner Options
I have searched the forums and nothing really answers the question I have.
I am in the middle of a restore on my 71 Blazer and just stripped out the carpet and padding (which was glued down = ).. I plan on dynamatting ( or some other alternative) and new carpet, but prior to that I want line the bed with "something" to help prevent rust etc. It will cover from the firewall to the tailgate. Also, I need a DIY option. Blazer stripped out.. The question what should I use? I looked at POR15, Herculiner, Rust-Oleum Truck Bed Coating, and just plain old primer and paint. I don't really care about what it looks like or UV protection as I will be covering it up with carpet and dynamat. It just needs to protect/seal the cab/bed against rust. (ie rain when the top is down) Any thoughts/ideas will be appreciated Thanks

Re: Bedliner Options
Rust should be treated before undercoating, IMO...I like this over POR15 www.masterseriescoatings.com/index/ the master coat silver fills in some small pitted areas....I also use U-POL Raptor tintable bedliner it uses urethane paint to tint, also comes in black.

Re: Bedliner Options
X2 on the rust treatment...have you looked into lizardskin, heard good things about that product. Dusty has it on his blazer
