WTB: 4x4 power steering pitman arm
For a K20. K10 may be the same? Not the same as a 2wd truck since the bore is only partially splined.

Re: WTB: 4x4 power steering pitman arm
Jud I have a pitman arm connected to the steering box of a 72 K20 frame here at home but it doesn't look like that in the diagram above...

Re: WTB: 4x4 power steering pitman arm
That on the K20 box also appears identical to that on my 72 K10. Let me know if I can help you out...

Re: WTB: 4x4 power steering pitman arm
Pete, that was just a generic diagram. The correct one will be partially splined and have a little twist at the end. The one you have is probably correct. What do you want for it? Also how much for the box and arm combo?

Re: WTB: 4x4 power steering pitman arm
Parts are the same K/5-K/20. Your sector shaft drops out the bottom and the pitman swings side to side, right? Check for ear on splines. I had a wandering problem on my present '72 and it turned out to be the pitman arm splines wear worn

Re: WTB: 4x4 power steering pitman arm
the pitman arm swings front to back on my k20s since the draglink is parallel to main frame rails. correct on the sector shaft being vertical.
