A couple pics i snapped on the way home tonight.

I took the back way home after I finished seeding the field I was working on.

Then just over the hill....

Edit: two more

I haven't added any effects to any of these. The sun caused the cool effect on the first pic.

Re: A couple pics i snapped on the way home tonight.

Daner,
Great photos! I would love to have a calender with unrestored 'farm trucks' in their natural environments for my garage. I like the first one the best, the sun makes it even better.

Re: A couple pics i snapped on the way home tonight.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. It's getting harder and harder to find undisturbed country around here.
I guess I lied earlier my phone was still set to HDR. So not completely stock pics.

I'm north of Wildrose a ways. Probably within 40 miles of your family homestead. It's a small world after all.

It is a small world indeed! In 1919 my grandfather homesteaded in the northeast corner of the Fertile valley township.

My cousins are still running the original family farm.
(Storseth-Muller farm)

So you were able to seed? I heard that it was still a bit too soggy.

Re: A couple pics i snapped on the way home tonight.

It was a bit soggy and I went through some mud but it's raining today so I'm glad I finished that field yesterday.

The road or trail I took those pics on is 90th St NW. I looked in my plat book and that road goes right by several Storseth owned plats. 27 miles east is where I snapped the photos. No wonder it looked familiar!

Your almost a neighbor, You must of been near 42, Our homestead is on 90th st NW and 145th Ave NW. (not much there anymore other than a windmill the 100 year old grain barn and half dozen silos).
