Ok guys/gals. What do I need

Tired of waiting for the (friend) to help remove my engine and put it on the stand to clean and paint. So.... I'm going to try to just get her running well more like limping lol I'm going to make a brace to hold the radiator in place since I don't have the core support right now I know I need the lower radiator hose I have the pulleys to put on. But do I need to hook up the transmission cooler? Just want to hear her run maybe move it a few feet. also need to figure out the volt regulator

You don't need a radiator or trans cooler to run just for a few minutes. Just use a piece of hose to "loop" the trans cooler lines together. Don't run for more than a couple of minutes but it would be fine to move around or move in and out of the driveway.

you can run without the cooler for while no problem. but you need to block off the 2 hoses or you are going to have a mess.

The cooler would be integral to the radiator. As 70shortnphat said, just use a piece of hose to connect the two lines.
