Re: Alright Cali guys and girls whos going? The time is near.

We 47/59 guys seem to live a bit far away and this one doesn't have either his 48 or 71 truck running at the moment. I looks like good weather this weekend so I am going to try to get the 350 out of the 71 and the 500 sitting in place before the weekend is over. When it's back together It can haul pieces for the 48.

Meter Swinger,

Don't you worry about that I will take a lot of pics for you guys that are California Challenged.

We all live vicariously through each others truck builds anyway. Well at least I do.

That's one of the things I like about it.
I'm even closer than some that live in O.C. as it's on the east end of Anaheim.

Re: Alright Cali guys and girls whos going? The time is near.

This was my main motivation for getting my truck on the road last year. Was really looking forward to driving out this year, but its not going to happen. I too look forward to the pics. Some favorites from last year.

I'll be cruising with C-10 Club 700 miles round trip. Anyone wants to join the cruise from Norcal down to the Brothers Show ck out Cali section for more info.

I don't know the exact hours but I usually get there around 9:00 AM and leave around 3:00 PM.

Harvey like I said earlier those C-10 guys know how to do it. I see John (he is the coolest guy) at every show with members of that crew. They do it right.lol

One more year of not making it but at least I have a date with the upholstery shop. As loyal Cubs fans say, "next year"!

Re: Alright Cali guys and girls whos going? The time is near.

I'll be there. Unfortunately, the '64 isn't going to be done. I was hoping to drive something this year, but my work schedule has been crazy. Not much free time to get anything done.

One day, I'll be rolling in the '55. Gotta finish that '64 first so I can have a shop truck to chase parts.
