Pitted Perches

Anybody got any suggestions for the 62 frame cab mount perch where the rust attacks under the rubber bushings?

I can still see the diameter of the old stuff in the pattern of rust on each perch.

Nothing is rusted through - just pitted.

Thought about welding washers over each spot.

Any other ideas?

I just removed as much rust as I could with a wire wheel. I treated, prepped and painted the area.

just cut out the bad part and out in new material and I used a holesaw to make the holes. they don't get rusted all of the way thru but they do get badly dished out
