The '72 will be the cable. Prior to '72 I believe they were the linkage style. I would be interested in the '72 set up.

Hi again,

I'll take the BB Radiator Shroud and tried to reply to your PM. I need the best damage free shroud that you have for my restored Longhorn. Message wouldn't go thru and I got an error that your Inbox is full.

Anyway, let me know how to pay you - PM your email if you prefer Paypal.

Thanks,
JEC

I sent a pm. Didn't hear back. I did find one system I have that does not have the brackets. Do you need just the pump with not reservor, no pulley?

Are the brackets for a short or long water pump? Also do you still have the shift linkage?

Re: 1972 big block power steering .. . alternator brackets some other bb stuff

Hi Rob
the alternator brackets are for the short pump. I also have both designs available. 68-71 and the 72 design. I also have the long pump alternator brackets. I can set you up with which ever style you need. Which one do you need?

Yes, I still have the shift linkage. Are you referring to the rods or the throttle parts?

Re: 1972 big block power steering .. . alternator brackets some other bb stuff

I'm guessing the rods? I'm mainly looking for the shift linkage that goes from the column to the trans and any parts that I need to make that work. As far as brackets the 68-71 if you have the alternator and p/s pump bracket as a set. My truck originally had a small block with a 4 spd, and now it is running a small block, th400 and a floor shift. But I'm getting ready to build a big block for it. Is the throttle linkage different between the sbc/bbc?
