Cab forward wire harness help

You guys have been awesome so far so heres another question.
Dug out the engine compartment harness and I'm not sure what came with the truck. As far as I can tell it came from a vehicle with 4 headlights. My 69of course has 2 headlights.
Not even sure it's remotely for t his truck. Not sure what that power bar is or where it mounts. ( Close to or under battery tray??)
Anyway, can somebody explain what I have and wil it work in my 69?
Few factoids.
Truck will not have heat or A/C, so we don't have to worry about those wires.
Will be internally regulated, so those wires can go.
Will have a HEI, so points etc wires can go.
Will still have factory guages so I'll need temp sending wire.
Can somebody post a diagram or a link to a diagram?
Or pictires of what that power bar is, or where it mounts, and what it hooks to and how.

Thank you, many times over.
