Blazer body mounts

I'm new to the form. New to restoring but a long time Blazer owner. I have a 71 Blazer that was ordered and bought new by my Dad. Over the years because of life (kids and work) it has been neglected. I got the truck about 20 years or so ago. Body mount bushings are shot, doors don't shut right rockers are gone. When I was about 16 I was driving in snow and put the truck in the ditch. I think when that happened I bent the frame just a little.
Its like the right side is pushed back slightly. My question is should I replace the body mounts before or after I take to the frame shop to get it straightened. I have a lot of rust repair to do and guess I need the frame and body straight . Here is a picture of the truck right after I pulled it out of the woods where it has been setting the last 10 years. Its not a good one but will try to get better later. Thanks

Looks good to me especially if been sitting in the woods!

Thanks. The picture don't show that the rockers are completely gone and the big rust hole on the inside of the door or the really dry rotted tires. The only reason it has shine is because its wet. lol My goal is to make it a stock truck with a big lift week end driver.

I would have everything straightened out frame wise before I started anything else. A bent frame will throw any body work off if you do a frame on and as for the new frame bushings you may pull them off and find nothing will line up. IMO

I was thinking the same thing but I'm always open to suggestions so I thought I would ask some of you that have experience with working on these trucks. I'm going to get the interior stripped out bumpers off then I think I'll haul it to a frame shop and see what they come up with. I'm not sure its bent but it dog tracks going down the road so something is off somewhere. This is going to be a slow go restoration but there are a lot of good posts on here with a lot of info. Thanks

I have been told different things. I had a bare frame I had straightened. A body guy told me to have it straightened with the body on. I guess its up to you. If you're taking it down to the bare frame anyway you might as well do it then.
