New to me 2wd R20 1988 Suburban4

I got this 2 weeks ago and so far I love it! 1988 R20 2wd Suburban 454/TH4000. 67k orig miles. Prev owner did a mild resto and painted it the military desert tan. He also lifted it and installed the military HMMV 37's with runflat beadlocks. Corbeeau Baja SS eats. All new seals, new headers, rebuilt throttle body, new window switches. Rear AC works but front doesn't. I assume the blower for the front ac is needing replaced?

The only thing I am not happy with is how he lifted the front. It's a 3/4 ton and I don't see any options for lifting available. He appparently replaced all the ball joints etc and may have used taller springs and Rancho adjustable shocks. The camber is negative and one side is worse than the other. My friend looked and said it had been shimmed already. Not sure what that means. The upper control arms are resting on the spring cups meaning a bouncy ride. Does anyone know if I can use spindles and balljoints off another vehicle to lift it correctly?

Anyway here are some pics!!

I saw that Sub for sale just recently here in Atlanta... Nice looking truck, how did the PO mount the wheels? Adapters?

Yessir, adapters up front for sure. Now if I can just get something done about this front suspension.
