Re: Indigo or Electron Blue?????
I had a z-28 drag car that I had painted Electron blue. Loved the color!

My truck's color is Miami Blue. A Dupont Nason color. I like it.

Re: Indigo or Electron Blue?????
in my opinion whichever is darker and/or more brilliant.
i think the cowls look ok if you're going for a pro-street look, but otherwise stock looks better. let the stance and wheels/tires make your statement. just my .02...

Re: Indigo or Electron Blue?????
That firewall is sweet. I like the steel cowl hoods on these trucks, especially since you're going LS...

Re: Indigo or Electron Blue?????
So I decided to go with the stock hood, it still allows me to run the intake setup that I plan to use. thanks

Nice setup. Any details on the engine?
Imperial blue metallic is a nice gm color also. It's pretty dark though Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Indigo or Electron Blue?????
Stock hood and the lighter blue. Cowl hoods don't look good on these trucks. Only run one if you need to for motor clearance. I also agree that Miami blue is a nicer color. Closer to factory for that era.

Re: Indigo or Electron Blue?????
well I have changed my mind again. I went to a buddies shop and saw a dark gray color that they were using to paint the inside of a ford f100 cab. Its a 2013 vw gti carbon steal
so I got a sample and painted a spare fender. I used a spray can, so it will be better when it gets done at the shop. Il be using boss 338 wheels on the truck. Last edited by ls1c10; 06-25-2013 at 12:17 AM. |
