Hydraulic pedal assemblies 1 with hydroboost, one with vacuum

BOTH PEDAL ASSEMBLIES HAVE BEEN SOLD! I have came up with 2 more of these. One is for hydroboost brakes and one is for vacuum brakes. Hydroboost is on the left. This is higher priced than most you will find for sale. It is also nicer than all of the other out there These have brand new bushings in both the clutch and brake pedals. The result is smooth pedals with very little play in them. Price is only marked up according to my cost on bushings($24) and having the pedals welded. Many other selersl post pedal assemblies for sale. Most if not ALL have wear to the pin that the clutch master cylinder attaches to. None of my pedal assemblies have this issue. I only sell the best quality available. Mine have all been professionally welded, ground and then filed smooth to work as new. When these pieces get worn it causes the pedal to not engage the clutch properly thus make it hard to go into gear. Even if you don't buy from me, do yourself a favor and ask other sellers if their pedals have this problem. Price is $250 EACH not including shipping. I also have a complete hydraulic conversion if needed.

Re: Hydraulic pedal assemblies 1 with hydroboost, one with vacuum

I would want $470 for a complete set up(pedals, slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder and bell housing, reservoir and lines. I do have a rebuilt tilt column for the 79-83 floor shift trucks but it is expensive at $350FIRM as I have a lot of work into it and they are relatively hard to come by. It has been completely disassembled and includes the key. It is ready to go.

On the hydraulic assembly or the column? They would need to be shipped separately if you wanted both as the length of the column doesn't mesh with the size of the other items. I will send you a PM with my email address.

Re: Hydraulic pedal assemblies 1 with hydroboost, one with vacuum

It is going to be $20 shipping on the column and $27 on the rest of the stuff. If for some reason it is less I will refund the difference.

Can a vacuum booster be used on the hydro-boost setup? I need a hydraulic clutch pedal set, but don't really want to run hydro-boost

I actually have pedal assemblies for either hydro boost or vacuum brakes. Whichever you need.

How are they different? I have a set of pedals for a manual trans swap and might not have the right ones.

The location of the pin the brake rod mounts to is in a different place on them and hydro boost pedal assemblies also have a return spring. The hydro boost pedal assembly also only has 2 mounting studs

Do you have any hydraulic pedal assemblies for a hydro boost? I'm looking for a set for my 76. Thanks Ryan.

I just picked up a couple more pedal assemblies over the weekend. Is your truck already manual trans with Hydroboost?

No sir, currently the cab is set up for an auto with hydro boost. I won't be using a GM trans though. I'll be using a dodge NV4500.

Re: Hydraulic pedal assemblies 1 with hydroboost, one with vacuum

I came up with a perfect one today. There are some out there that are listed for less than mine but most if not all have a lot of wear to the clutch pedal wear the rod attaches for the clutch master cylinder. This causes the slave cylinder to not push the shift for as far making it harder to get into gear.

Re: Hydraulic pedal assemblies 1 with hydroboost, one with vacuum

I had 2 different people contact me on these. They are priced less than what these sell for on Ebay and in way better condition than them as well. The sellers fail to mention that it is worn where the clutch master cylinder attaches to the clutch pedal. Mine do NOT have that defect/problem. They are ready to install and will work properly. Even if you do not buy one from me be sure to check with the sellers about the condition of them.

I'm going to have to pass for right now. I had a couple other items I spent my truck allowance on that I wasn't expecting.
