New Exhaust
Alright How should I make my exhaust exit? I'm going to be using Hooker Exhaust tips. 2-1/2'' Inlet, 3-1/2'' Outlet, 10'' Long

I would say straight out with your choices given. what mufflers are you going with/running? If aerochambers then dump under the bed. You will not be sorry.

I'm going with the Aerochambers but I don't want to dump them. I don't like dumping exhaust. Where should I place the aerochambers. I'm getting an X-pipe too BTW.

I would place the mufflers under the bed where it will limit the bends in the pipe based on the exiting of the pipe. Less hard bends the less restriction. Less restriction more power (this is not to say run large headers on a small breathing engine). X pipe will help as well on the flowing of exhaust. Plus it looks cool as hell

no offense to anyone here, but i think pipes out the back look gay. with those tips, i'd exit them at a 45* angle in front of the rear tires.

What is X pipe?
And I like the exit in front of the rear weels espesily if you go with an oval shaped tip. Look awesome!!

it's a X shaped pipe that connects both sides, equalizing pressure, in a dual exhaust system. Noise is reduced and a little HP is gained.

Looks like there is a tie. I wonder how much louder it would be exiting the exhaust in front of the wheel?

Could I get the x pipe and have it come out infront of the rear weels?

I agree with 1FaastC10
definitly in the front of the rear wheels. Someone in my local American Cars Club runs an 1963 Impala with tips in the form of the Chevy emblem : looks awesome... I like the exhaust to exit before the rear tires.
If I weren't going that route then I would go right after the rear tires and out the side. I also agree that straight out the back usually doesn't look right.
