New here Tucson Az

Here is my truck. 1966 C10 fleet side long bed with a 327. Got this truck from my Grandpa about 7-8 years ago after I blew the motor in my explorer. Pretty much my daily driver for a long time. Now I have extra money, space and another DD so hopefully I can do more work on it. Here is a few first day shots and how it sits now.

Wasnt my Grandpas truck per say. He has a 1957 chevy step side. This was my Grandpas buddy's truck. His buddy was using it as a dump truck. He was planning on fixing it up but sadly cancer hit him hard. After he passed my Grandpa got the truck off his wife for $1500 because he knew I needed a vehicle.

Welcome to the forum

It looks like a fairly straight and rust free AZ truck.

What are your plans for your truck?

I will prob keep it a DD type. Still is my only truck. Needs a new wiring harness and prob rebuild the engine and tranny. Really need a new bench seat. Mine is on its last leg and the passenger side in broken at the corner so anyone that sits there feels like they sunk 6 inchs or so.
