Best way to quickly remove a suburban body

I finally found the frame I want, Its a mid 1980's suburban. The frame thickness is .219 of an inch gmc 3/4 ton. thickest I have ever seen. I am using the frame with a 1990 body for a cummins project.
I dont need the body its a big steaming pile! So any suggestions on how to remove it quickly? I want to go pick it up in the am , bring it home, release the body from the frame and drive to the scrap yard and get rid of the body.
I only have the reailler for a day so I dont want to drag this out.

So any creative ideas on how to release the body quickly?

Thanks

Cut right through the body bushings and the bolts lift the rear on to some very sturdy saw horses. Lift the front up with an engine hoist pull the frame out put a trailer under it and hall it away.
