72 K5 CST Blazer - what's it worth?
Purchased from original owner - guy has bill of sale. It had a repaint after PO removed aux (Hickey?) tanks. Looks like RH rocker replaced? GM crate motor is not the original. Speaker holes in doors. Asking 20k OBO....what do you think?

Hatch repair and example speaker hole. Should clarify, seller has the original bill of sale from the dealer....

Re: 72 K5 CST Blazer - what's it worth?
Looks nice enough but for that price I would want original interior and different rims ( I like originality) as well as the original am/fm. How is the repaint, is it evident that it was repainted?

Re: 72 K5 CST Blazer - what's it worth?
Yeah it was repainted - over spray on pics of rear bumper gravel guards, driver door VIN decal, etc. It's up in UT so I've not eye balled it in person. Take a look at the RH door sill detail pic and see the little offset in the sheet metal line - looks as if rocker panel was replaced but seam was not quite square.

It's already been painted and nice but not totally original. I think $20 should get you close to a perfectly restored Blazer ?

I like the fact it's a stick shift with air, but I wouldn't go more than 15k because of the obvious stuff you saw in the pics.

Re: 72 K5 CST Blazer - what's it worth?
Thanks Nik! I've since grabbed another Blazer - also a 72 CST 4wd automatic but medium green w saddle interior but in somewhat getter shape. PM me if you are still after a set of truck bucket seats. I did give another local member has first dibs though...
