Trying to figure out my mounts for my 5.3. Whats the best option? Only thing Ive found is the PB dropmember. Some fab is ok I dont mind cutting and welding a little.

You need to ask this ? in the LS section. there are quite a few 60-66 trucks with a LS motor in it. I used the stock SBC mounts and made my own to bolt to the 5.3 in my S10.

I know there are several manufacturers of motor mount plates that bolt on to the LS, but I think your best bet would be to go here:

Justin, I would imagine if I paid myself $35.00 a hour it might have been cheaper to buy your mounts.
