2006 Silverado Crewcab- Lowering/Wheels
Hey guys, I just got a 2006 Silverado Crewcab 2wd.
I'm looking to lower it 5/7. Can I run 22's and still a decent sized tire with it that low, or should I go with 20's? I'm not looking to run a really skinny tire, so just looking for some suggestions on tire size? Thanks guys. |

Re: 2006 Silverado Crewcab- Lowering/Wheels
Does anyone here have experience with a 5/7 drop on a Silverado as a daily driver?
I know it would look great, I'm just not sure if it will be too easy to scrape on stuff. The roads I generally drive on aren't too bad though. |

Look in the suspension section over at:
www.gmfullsize.com. They discuss this stuff everyday over there. Very knowledgeable group. There are certain suspension issues that are specific to the NBS crew cabs. ('04-'07)
