Lower is better!!! Check this out.......

Just got done installing my new 2 1/2 inch drop spindles rear 4 inch drop springs, new shocks/relocaters, and panhead bar. How does it look?

Many thanks to Bill for a great price on the parts!

blue??

Much better handling, the truck rides nice and firm, no more up and down swings like before. I am also going to replacing the front ball joints, upper and lower a-arm bushings and tie rod ends next weekend. That should tighten up the steering a bit.

One thing i would like to add is a rear sway bar. Has anyone added one?

Picture- just messing around a bit, no plans to change the color.

Who is the balding guy leaning on it in the first pic? (that's why you always see me with a hat on)

I love it!! That drop really "finished" the truck, IMO.

Nice stance. So, did you use your stock front springs or get new stock size replacements?

I agree. Keep it orange. It looks best. Just a quick question, Do you have to change shocks if you lower it 2" with just springs?

I did not replace the front springs. As for lowering 2 inches, i dont think you need to replace the shocks unless your shocks were 70000 miles old like mine were.

As for the bald comment, don’t be jealous of the guy.. Be jealous of the truck!

The rims are 15's and i am running 235 75R. I think the next tires I purchase will be 245 or 255 for the rear.
