What years had saddle available? There's a 69 or 70 in the salvage yard near me that may be saddle... if it was available those years.

Thanks! The shade is slightly different for 69/79 saddle vinyl (I think) but not certain about the defrost vents. I'd be interested if you pull the vents and they are in decent shape and would appreciate the help.

I went to the yard today. The 70 does have a saddle interior, but when I was wiping off the right side vent a corner broke off (brittle), and the left side had one of the retention tabs missing. I found a 74 van based motorhome that may have had a saddle dash, but the vents seemed to be a darker brown non-metallic plastic whereas the truck's vents were a metallic plastic. Also, both vents in the van were the same as the left vent in the trucks.

Sorry I couldn't help.
Jim

I might be able to hook you up with a set. Assuming they are in good driver condition, how much are you willing to pay plus shipping?

I'd appreciate it! I may have a useful oval (RH?) defrost vent but would take a good example of either side or both sides. You may have taken these vents out before, but if not - it's easiest to get them out intact by nudging the tabs from below rather than prying them from above. I've always broken tabs coming from above.
