Re: Heater box rebuild

i just finished the outer and inner heater boxes for my 67.
all metal was blasted an repainted outer box was scrubbed and flat clear coated.
new heater core(kinda regretting cheaping out and getting a aluminum one)new blower motor(figured why not)
what i liked was the blower fan was steel most of the ones i've seen were plastic.
i didnt get a new heater resistor but i did grab 4 of them from the jy
its all wrapped up an stashed away in boxes waiting for me too get the rest of the truck to get done.
overall the project was pretty easy. just make sure you take pics of where screws and rivits are located its easy to forget what goes where.
