driveshaft help needed!!!

Basically I want to know if my standard slip drive shaft from my 76 k10 can work with a np241 that has a slip yoke?


is a slip yoke on the transfercase plus a standard slip driveshaft a bad idea?

I went to napa and found a conversion ujoint to make it all work.

I need to know asap. I swaped in a nv4500/np241 combo in my 76 k10 and im hopefully geting my stock driveshaft shortend tomorrow. But I want to find out for sure before I waste money on something that wont work. I
