Help please. Rear axle ID

Can some one help me figure out what this rear axle is. My brakes are shot and I can't figure out where to start.
Wheel bolt pattern is from a car 5 on 4.75

"RHT" axle code comes back as a 72 CS10-CE10 3.07P. So it would have been built with a 5 on 5" bolt pattern.

Thanks. Sure enough I can't hold a tape measure straight. Long story short, I smoked my drums pulling into the muffler shop to get my new headers hooked up to the old pipes. I know I should have bled the brakes first after it sat for a year, but excitement got the better of me. The shop ordered up the drums for a 72 c10 and the shoes barely made contact. I've got the old drums on it now, but they feel like coaster brakes. Before I get into slave cylinders (I replaced the master) and such, did the C10s and C20s use different brake components in 72? I'm at a loss.

"Sitting" for any length of time does not require bleeding. That is only required if you "open" the system by replacing a wheel cylinder, caliper, or any of the lines.
The only thing sitting could really do is rust something up to the point of failure.
