2 tilt columns for sale
I have 1 truck and 1 van both tilts. Van column is good original condition missing shift pointer levers have pitting in chrome has cruise lever with end cut off harness have end. Truck tilt needs shift lever housing and turn signal harness levers are pitted overall nice shape original paint. Can't download pics will email or text pics on request. Would like to sell together. 300.00 plus shipping postal mo or paypal as gift or add 3%

Truck will bolt right up, van has a longer shaft that will have to be cut and reworked. I have a 65 and will have to cut anyway, so that is why I want the van not the truck.

You don't need to cut the shaft on a van tilt...simply collapse the lower steering shaft on your truck a couple inches.

What about the neutral safty switch? I thought there was a difference there also....

The NSS is higher up on a van column. You can cut a slot out lower or you can extend the wires to reach, or some people just bypass it.

As Leddzepp states, dont do any cutting or reworking of the longer van tilt shaft, just locate and collapse any 69-72 lower intermediate shaft for a van tilt install. Here are some pics... Mel
