this guy wants $1000 dollars for it.

i'd make him clean it out first. look like someone lived in it for awhile.

That's a Flat Face Cowl model. basically a nose and chassis as you see. Primarilly used for aftermarket conversions like the example shown. Kinda neat and very uncommon.
