noob from Oregon

Hello,

been lurking on this site for longer than I care to admit. I was always thinking that I should not sign up until I had something to contribute or needed. what a sorry mistake that was! this place is great for all kinds of info.

Anyway I just picked up a 67 short step side as a project. it is ruff and currently not running, but has all of the bones there for a great Daily. I am planning on keeping the L6 if I can get it running. Also looking to put the shifter back on the column (if I can find something on how to rebuild the column!!) a previous owner moved the shifter to the floor and also broke the turn signals only to put them back with an after market piece. not cool!

So, be prepared for all kinds of questions and follow along on my adventure if you would like!
