Sorry left CA last Tuesday and have been traveling for my move. We're in New Mexico now but I'll go through my receipts and see if I can find the tracking number. I'll also contact the family in Ca and see if it shows back up there.

This is just to let you know that the staff here has been alerted to this dispute and we will be monitoring what happens...I understand that a lot of things get lost and misplaced during a move but if you cannot find a tracking number and the part doesn't show up it is the right thing to do to issue a refund ( never ship a part without some kind of signature required)

We can call off the tracking number search party. The mail lady just delivered it. Well packaged and not damaged. It looks like the heartburn was not needed. In the future, if possible, you might send the tracking number to the recipient when you ship it that way both the seller and the buyer can be in the loop on where the package is. I understand you're moving right now and probably got a lot of loose ends you're taking care of.

If the part was never received i would have offered a refund without hesitation, I've never denied the buyer of that. Yes i have had trouble finding the receipt, wasn't in my wallet or console which are the two homes they usually end up in, just plenty of fuel and food receipts from the past few days.

I apologize for the late arrival of the part. I shipped it out Tuesday last weeks before i left town in CA, don't know why it took so long to get to you in TX, but the only think i can think of is the storms? Glad to hear that the packaging was sufficient for you and that it arrived undamaged. Sorry again that it took so long.. If i can find the tracking number ill still post it on here to confirm all the dates. Hope you enjoy the piece and hope to do business with you again.
