A/C duct installation help
I am about to begin reinstalling all of my new A/C and defroster ductwork. Are there any threads or websites that walk through the process? Which pieces to install first, what order to do the rest? When to connect the ductwork to the vents and boxes below? I have the assembly manual for routing, but that does not go into installation order.
Thanks in advance.

Re: A/C duct installation help
Installing it can be a hassel if you wait until all the other stuff is done but then again the other stuff will be a hassel if u install the duct first so it's really a matter of what u want done first I would say. I installed mine after the fact since I added it to my non AC truck. It wasn't bad though. I took the dash out and the glovebox out to do it though.

Re: A/C duct installation help
Thanks. I have the glove box out and even the heater box (installed new heater core). Should I pull the gauge panel? Anyone else have any suggestions what should go in first and in what order? I have the vent balls out too. Should I attach those hoses before or after I put the balls back in, or does it matter?

Re: A/C duct installation help
Work the duct from the boxes under the dash out to the balls the balls snap on the ends of the housing anyway. The center vent is farely simple and the deforst vents are to. The hardest one is the driver side ball duct.
