What's it cost to get a tilt column restored? New paint, levers, etc?

I've got a tilt column that I've been waiting for something special to use it on, and I think I've found the truck. The only thing is , is that I want this to be gone thru and checked over completely and painted the correct color. Anyone had one done recently? What kind of money did you spend? Are there more than one guys who specialize in doing these?
