RnD Fabrication carries a full line of custom, fabricated valve covers including these Chevrolet 235ci Straight 6 versions, as well as a Custom Aluminum Side Plate. Each set of covers starts with a hefty 0.080" piece of aluminum that is laser cut, formed on a brake and then welded. We TIG weld all of our covers, and they can be built with or without a PCV / breather port. All valve covers are available with either a formed rail (standard) or can be upgraded to a 3/8" thick billet rail depending on application (at additional cost). Our covers can also be polished for a mirror finish! Another feature that sets us apart from the competition is that each of our valve cover sets includes mounting hardware!

Made here in the USA, from an American company with American employees that fabricate and weld everything by hand.

Retail is $245 on the cover and $105 on the side plate. Forum member discounted price is $225 and $95, or $315 if ordered together.

Note that the opening on the side cover was during mock up, and that section now contains a welded-on cover to clear the bump-out in the engine)
