Hood alignment
I can't seem to get the hood to sit right. The hood closes good but, the back is to high and on the passenger side the hood has a millimeter of space. I have tried and tried to adjust and even tried to move the radiator support and it still won't fit right what ave some of you guys done that has worked

Is it an after market hood or original hood?

If the back is high, open the hood fully, loosen the front and the rear lower hinge bolt (the ones that attach to the fender) now push up on the front of the hood, this will rock the front of the hinge up, hold it up and tighten bolts. This will lower the rear of the hood, may need to adjust a couple times to get it right.

Don't give up.
I am sure that guys who align hoods all the time can get it done quick, but it took me and my buddy about 20 tries to get mine close after the hood was off and the hinges were removed, cleaned, painted, and put back on. The trouble was that the up and down adjustment also moves it front to back requiring a front to back adjustment. If you could get someone small enough to be inside with the hood closed it would work perfect.

good article on panel alignment..General rule of thumb is to align the doors to the body first, then fenders to doors, then hood. But of coarse never goes like it should...can get frustrating.

Side to side can be altered by adjusting the hood pin bracket (attached to the hood) instead of fighting the bracket on the radiator support.

I've had good luck with replacing the worn out hinges to fix the alignment issue you are having, if there is any side play in the hinges at all the springs won't pull the hood down properly when closed, I'd check that first before shifting body panels around!
