67 - 68 emergency brake handle cover
SOLD,,,, THANKS.... This is the cover from an emergency brake handle, 1967 and 1968. It is as we got it, needs a good sandblasting and painted the color of your choice. Original GM part. $20.00 shipped. Thanks, Fred.

It has two holes in the mounting flange. You run a couple of bolts up through them and through the corresponding holes in the lower dash lip. Thanks, Fred.
