exterior mirrors

Here is a little quiz for all you guys who have been into trucks for a while. The old Lokar adds like in the Custom Truck magazine had a black 57 chevy pickup. Who made the mirrors on it. They are pretty common on trucks but I can't come up with a supplier. Any help?

Re: exterior mirrors

No help here since I do not subscribe to any mags. I would assume they would be Lokar mirrors, why advertise someone elses products? Stock were basically the gooseneck with round or rectangle mirror. Aftermarket was peep. Later trucks had a variation of the goose neck or the "California" type. I think the peep style and fender mounted were all aftermarket.

Re: exterior mirrors

No magazines within reach at the moment as I am on vacation on the Washington Coast. I'll look when I get back later in the week.
