I've finally done it....

With the help of a fellow member, I have become motivated to actually start acquiring parts for my 68. So far....I have gotten a new cam (should be a slightly choppy idle ), new torque converter, TCI master trans rebuild kit, 2 1/2" drop spindles/disc brake kit from GMC Paul, 4" rear drop springs from GMC Paul, and a door weatherstrip kit from him as well. I've also ordered a set of 2 1/16" phantom gauges for the bottom 4 holes of my dash, I already have a 5" 160 MPH speedo, a 3 3/8" Oil Psi, and a 5" drag'n tach.

Next on the list are a set of tires, a front end rebuild, brake lines front to back, adjustable panhard bar, rear shock relocators, hopefully a van tilt if I can find one cheap, and a few other little things that I'm sure will come up....

Fellow board members can sometimes be very evil, you have all been warned

The only problem is, my truck is still in IL, and all the mechanical stuff that's going to be done, is getting done up there. So I'd still have to ship it I really appreciate the offer, you should be able to off that tilt real quick at that price

yeah, I know he did, he commented on that not too long ago.
Didn't the two of you get a full depth foam seat from Randy a year and a half ago?
