fuel pump question

ok im putting a electric fuel pump for carbs on my 86 k10 that has two gas tanks and wondering whats a good way of wiring it up and what line to splice into to use? thanks for the replies.

In tank fuel pumps out of an 87 would be ideal If you are using a frame rail pump, then you should use relays and power from the battery. Use fuses too. Is the switch valve stock?
