Free 78' GMC Sierra 1500 In Seattle Area

I have a 1978 GMC sierra that I picked up for a project, the body is straight and with out any rust. I can no longer afford to store it and am looking to get rid of it to a good home. The engine has quite a bit of money invested in it which is why I am going to remove it from the truck and place it into storage while I go back off to college. This offer is only for the entire truck without the engine. The truck currently runs and drives and is mobil in the seattle area... if anyone is interested, feel free to drop me an email, I have pictures.

The truck is a SWB and currently painted krylon Semi-flat black. The truck has an almost brand new 2 1/2 inch enhaust installed (less than 4K miles ago) and is an automatic w/ a hurst floor shifter... oh, and it comes with a set of newer tires (I forget the exact measurements but off hand I think it is 275/45/16).

I am the legal owner, so title transfer will not be a problem, and once again, I am not looking for compensation, I just need to go back to college and get it out of the area that I currently have it stored at. I would be able to drive it to your location so you won't have to tow it if you would be willing to assist me in removing the engine once the truck arrives.

Once again, this offer is for the the entire truck, but I am going to keep engine.

Attached you will find a picture of the truck.

If you have any questions, know of anybody who would be interested, or would like to see more pictures of it, please drop me an email at Hardly_a_thefe@schoolforwinners.com.

Wow, now if my ad in autotrader had only received half as many responses I wouldn't feel bad about the $50 that I dropped to get it listed!

Thanks to everybody for looking, but it looks like I got a response from a party interested in taking the truck.

Thanks!
