Ball joints and bearings on solid axle

I have a 1990 Chevy Suburban V2500 4X4, I think its about time to replace the ball joints and wheel bearings on the truck. One side has a loose lower ball joint the other side has loose wheel bearings. Does anyone know of a write up or step by step for this job? Ive had the truck for about 4 years now and Ive never replaced those parts of ever before period. haha Ive been told the front axle is a GM 10 bolt, but looking at the axle, it says "Spicer" on it. Im not sure if that matters! but yeah.. I do alot of wheeling and recovery with the truck and dont want a wheel to fall off. haha thanks!!

Service Manual? You can find them on this site but I do not have them bookmarked.

I'll just tell you it's more work than a 2WD.
