Need help locating an AC bulkhead plate

I guess I'm loosing my touch surfing the world wide web. I've searched high and low trying to find a square billet bulkhead plate that has the push on style nipples for the heater hoses that mount from inside the cab. The plate has (4) threaded nipples on the engine bay side, then (2) threaded and (2) push on nipples inside the cab. See pics for reference.

I've found some diamond shaped plates but no square ones. And before someone states the obvious, yes, I called Nostaglic Air Products (NAP) to see if they have the plate shown below, but they are not currently carrying bulkhead fittings due to supplier issues. From what I've seen, Classic Air, Vintage Air, Billet Spec., March Perf. and a dozen other companies don't seem to carry them either. Am I looking for a needle in a haystack or am I overlooking them all together?

Can someone please help me out?

I think vintage air makes one, check with Travis at pro performance. He's a vintage air dealer and a vendor on here

Re: Need help locating an AC bulkhead plate

I'll reach out to them, but according to VA's catalog they only offer the plates that are threaded on both sides.
