brake conversion
i just did the front end conversion on my 66 c-20. where can i get the nut that attaches the front brake hose that goes threw the frame? its a 1987 front brake hose. i need the nut for the hose . then i can attach the hard lines. thanks

I used 5/8" X 18 jamb nuts for my brake hoses. See link for pics and info how I did it. Hope it helps.

where did you get the jam nuts ? local hardware store . also how do they hold ,nice and tight?

Yes I got the jamb nuts at a local hardware store. Orchard supply also carries them and yes they hold good and tight. I cinched the hell out of mine to make sure they would hold. The factory used those cheap stamped lock nuts and I didn't like the thought of reusing those.
