Check out this very creative post from the Shop and Tools section

I was over in the Shop and Tools section of the forum and came across a great post by a seasoned body guy sharing some great ideas. He shows how to re-purpose old vice grips into new tools. It is worth 5 minutes to check it out. Here is the link: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=564593

Good Find! We have a bunch of old vise grips around the farm that could go to some of these uses!

ANYTHING written up by MP&C is absolutely first rate. He has metal working skills that are beyond my comprehension. I've seen pics of his welds - looks invisible after the grind and planishing. Awesome work.
