Protect-O-Plate question....
I bought a "1967 GMC Truck Owner Protection Plan" book off of ebay cuz I don't have one for my truck. This one has the Protect-O-Plate glued on the back cover - I have the original Protec-O-Plate for my truck, but it's glued on a card and can be seen here.
Why is mine different? Also, if anyone has a '67 GMC with VIN: CS1590D P C10861A...I have your Protect-O-Plate! I suspect that the odds of that aren't much better than the odds that I'll win the Powerball lottery tonight.... |

Different in what way? Obviously the dealer and vin info will be unique.

Re: Protect-O-Plate question....
The difference is that my protectoplate is on a card that didn't come out of a book - the other protectoplate is on the inside back cover of the Owner Protection Plan book.

Re: Protect-O-Plate question....
If you read the card, it says it's temporary, since the dealer is out of GMC Owner Protection Plan books and is to be stuck in the new book when it comes in.
