1971 SWB finally put together!
Well, I finally got the truck road worthy, and got all the trim put on (mostly). I stayed up late and got up early for a car show that turned out to be tomorrow
But, it gave me an excuse to try and wrap things up. It's kind of put together with duct tape and bubble gum at this point and there's a long list of things I still need to do.......but I gotta say I am pretty happy with the results so far. Here are some pics, I'll post more from the show tomorrow. http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...ps669d08f3.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...psf965580e.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...ps762b5b71.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...psd35921b7.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...psfe337aed.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...ps37675901.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...ps9b2787a5.jpg http://i1276.photobucket.com/albums/...ps511713bd.jpg |

Re: 1971 SWB finally put together!
Thanks, 4.5" front, 6" (soon to be 6.5") rear. It is clean, but very much a budget build. Won't be behind the velvet rope at the car show, if you know what I mean.

Budget build = smart build IMHO. Everything looks great. How does it look under the hood?

Had a good time meeting some guys from the board today in nor-cal. K20 is a righteous dude! Hopefully the get together will grow and we'll get some more trucks out.
Here are some picks of my engine compartment as promised. |

I got to see Jason's truck in person yesterday and it looks great, very very nice. It also sounds as good as it looks!
