Relocating rear shocks

So I'm gonna drop the rear of my 65 c10 4" with coils.
The shop I'm buying them from sells rear shock relocation brackets.
Afraid if I ask the salesman they say I have to have them to make a sale. So I thought I'd ask u guys. If I drop the rear of my truck 4" with pretensioned coils and I will be getting the shorter shock as well, do I need to change the angle of my shocks? Thanks ahead of time for any and all input.
