changing front clip help with engine still in?
I am going to change the front clip on my 67 with the engine in the truck still. do any of you have pics of how you held the engine up when changing the front clip? or how you guys did it? thanks Rick

By front clip I assume you mean the crossmember are you changing suspension bent crossmember modified or aftermarket unit ? If it is the the first just swap over the components and leave the crossmember alone if it's the others engine hoist with jack stands make sure it is sturdy and well supported be safe support the truck with stands as well don't trust a jack only.

aside from the brackets for the brake lines to the disc being in the back on the 67 and in the front on the 72 there is a weld in the middle of the cross member so I opted to change the whole thing.
