Oil pressure gauge question this time
Gauge works. Registers 60psi at start up and drops to around 45 when warm at idle. What I don't like is that the needle does not move smoothly it bounces or vibrates continuously. Is that normal or do I need to be looking for something loose or going bad.

Re: Oil pressure gauge question this time
Electric gauge might do that due to poor ground from motor to cab or bounce from charging spikes from the altenator.
Mechanical gauge will flicker due to air in the tubing line. |
