Welcome to the board. On the different lugs do you mean number or just smaller in general check your gear ratio's front and rear sounds like they may not be a matched set. which will cause issues later. best of luck with your build

ok so I haven't been able to do much lately it's been raining real hard and no available space in the garage I plan on using a lot of the parts from the 67 CST (C30) to do my build with I'll be replacing kick panels, floor , lower cab corners , rockers , and doors and all new wireing , ect basically building a 4x4 while doing frame off resto here's some pics of the 67 parts truck

Re: 67/69 4x4 First build
Post multiple pic's by using the "Manage attachments" link. I donno if the same is available from the cell phone app or whatever but from a home computer after hot the manage attachments link a window pops up and you click browse, then fint the pic on the computer, click it then hit upload, then just repeat the process.
Yea i know about the rain, i also had a tornado just 10 minutes from my house the other day too.. :p

Re: 67/69 4x4 First build
Well I'm keeping the bed any ways as it's pretty much rust free compaired to the other and the cab is not good at all on the 69 it's completely rusted throw the floor the lower door jams and lower fire wall plus it had after market clearance lights that rusted out the roof to I'm surprised that the cab corners are not rusted lol
