Ok, new prices.

You can have this 72 chevy, ac,ps,pb, with tilt wheel, for $500. This truck has no motor, or tranny. I'm also taking off the tailgate. It does however have good door's, fender's, very clean bed, and a 5-bolt chassis. It also has saddle tank's.

Again, I'd buy it if I were closer.

Question: Whats with the LH fender? It looks to have a fuel filler door there?

CPNE: Thats the door for the Saddle tank filler. I have one of those on my 72 GMC. And thats where I ran my tubing for when I changed to under the bed tank. The Door doesn't look all that great, but will have to work until I can get a Newer door welded in like todays cars/trucks. I had a switch located on drivers floor between seat and door to be able to switch the tanks.

I know what the one on the bedside is but I was referring to the lower part of the LH front fender. I swear there is a filler door there.

Man, that is VERY tempting for only 500 bucks!!! Just for informational purposes, what would shipping be to 51601? I think my dad has another truck (72 4x4) lined up for me, but that is a great deal on that truck. Also, in the first thread where this truck was listed, someone mentioned that this is the Highlander Special Edition, what does all that mean? I know it's a special trim level for 1972, but what does it change? Thanks!

I'm interested as well, can you shoot a pic of the front grill? is that a filler door on the left side fender? where would the tanks be at? How long can you store it till I get there to pick it up?
