wiring harness question
I have a 82 RCSB sierra that ive owned for years.....about a year ago my 13 year old cousin hooked the jumper cables up on it backwards and melted some stuff.....haven't found anything melted but checked all fuses ect and they are good but it won't even click when you try to crank it....2 weekends ago I pulled the small block out and dropped in a 468.... i am looking for a new harness that will plug into the factory column and rewire all the electronics....i dont want the headache of tracing wires on the current harness so any recommendations on a harness to replace my factory one....thanks

Re: wiring harness question
I bet you just need to change out the fusible link up on the firewall. I would try that before entire harness. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=535553
